At Ashley Academy, we believe that the performing arts build confidence, creativity, and community. From choir to musicals to private lessons, students have many opportunities to shine on stage and grow their love of music.

Griffin Choir

Students in grades 2–9 are invited to join the Griffin Choir—an exciting after-school opportunity to develop vocal skills, teamwork, and stage presence. Throughout the year, the choir performs at several school and community events, including the Veterans Day Salute, Winter Sing-Along, Spring Musical, and 8th Grade Graduation. It’s a wonderful way for students to share their talents while making lasting memories.

Spring Musical

Each spring, students in Kindergarten and up take part in our much-anticipated Spring Musical. From acting and singing to set design and stage crew, every student has a chance to be part of something magical. This tradition showcases the creativity and collaboration that make our school community shine.

Private Music Lessons

For students interested in expanding their musical skills, private piano and guitar lessons are available by arrangement with Mrs. Schmidt. These one-on-one sessions provide individualized instruction to help each student grow at their own pace. (Please note: private lessons include an additional fee.)
